ʔiiḥatis (Ehattesaht)
Dialect: Northern Nuučaan̓uɫ
Ehattesaht is part of the Nuu-Chah-Nulth Tribal Council. We are a comparatively small tribe (despite owning 66,000 hectares) with 305 members located in the Zeballos inlet which is a part of the Esperanza inlet and that is on Vancouver island. To get there you would need to pass a logging road or take a plane boat or helicopter.1
