(250) 670-9696 The Ahousaht First Nation has the largest population of all Nuučaan̓uɫ First Nations and their main village is at Maaqtisiis (Marktosis)1 on Flores Island on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Ahousaht traditional territory encompasses Flores Island and areas in and around Clayoquot Sound as well as neighbouring valleys and mountains.
